Aarja Health OptiMSM® Plus is a dietary supplement in capsule form containing OptiMSM®, vitamin C and bilberry extract. The product has been developed for adults looking for a simple, daily supplement containing MSM, a natural source of sulphur, combined with vitamin C and Nordic bilberry extract.
OptiMSM® is a branded MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) ingredient, with an emphasis on purity and quality. MSM is an organic sulphur compound used in dietary supplements, which in this product is combined with vitamin C and bilberry extract in a convenient capsule form.
Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation, which is important for the normal function of cartilage, skin, blood vessels, teeth and bones. Vitamin C also contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, normal energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Recommended daily dose: 1–4 capsules per day.
