Aarja Health ARCTIC MENOBOOST is a plant-based dietary supplement developed for women going through the menopause. The product combines plant extracts, the amino acid L-tryptophan, magnesium, vitamin C and selected B vitamins in a single daily routine.
The formula contains, among other ingredients, red clover extract, damiana extract, Lifenol™ hop extract and Vitex extract. In addition, the product contains magnesium, vitamin C, blueberry extract and the B vitamins B1, B3, B5, B6, B7 and B12.
Vitamin B6 helps regulate hormonal activity. Magnesium and vitamins B1, B3, B6 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system, whilst magnesium, vitamin C and several B vitamins contribute to normal energy metabolism.
Vitamin C helps protect cells against oxidative stress and supports normal collagen formation, which is important for the skin’s normal function. Biotin helps maintain normal hair and skin.
Recommended daily dose: 2 capsules per day.
Directions for use: Take two capsules daily with water, preferably with your first meal of the day.
Important information: Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. The product contains herbs with a natural content of phytoestrogens. Pregnant women, breastfeeding women and people undergoing medical treatment should consult a doctor before use.
