Terms and conditions for the online shop and newsletter

§1. Introductory provisions

These terms and conditions (‘the Terms’) govern the use of the online shop, the purchase of products, subscription services and the use of digital services provided by Nordic Vida AS.

By using the Website or placing an order, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.

§2. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the following meanings:

Seller – Nordic Vida AS.

Customer – any natural or legal person who makes a purchase in the Online Shop.

Consumer – a natural person acting outside the scope of a business.

Website / Online shopwww.nordicvida.no.

Product – goods sold by the Seller, including dietary supplements.

Subscription – recurring delivery of Products with automatic payment.

Newsletter – electronic information sent to registered users by email.

Account – a customer account created in the Online Shop.

Order – The customer’s purchase placed via the online shop.

Agreement – an agreement entered into between the Customer and the Seller upon completion of the order.

§4. Use of the Website

To use the Online Shop, the Customer must:

  • internet access,
  • an up-to-date web browser,
  • a valid email address.

It is prohibited to use the Website for unlawful activities or to post unlawful content.

The Seller may temporarily close the Website for maintenance or technical updates.


§5. Newsletters and digital services

Customers can subscribe to the newsletter by registering their email address via the website.

The newsletter may include:

  • information,
  • campaigns,
  • offer,
  • product news,
  • discount codes.

Subscription to the newsletter is free of charge and can be cancelled at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting the Seller.


§6. Products

The products available in the online shop are dietary supplements and other health and wellness products.

These products are not medicines and are not intended to replace a varied diet or medical treatment.

The customer is responsible for reading:

  • product description,
  • list of ingredients,
  • recommended dosage,
  • warnings.

The products must be stored in accordance with the instructions on the packaging.

The seller reserves the right to change the packaging, labels and design without altering the product’s characteristics.


§7. Customer account

Opening an account is free of charge.

The customer is responsible for keeping their login details secure.

The seller can close the account by:

  • abuse,
  • fraud,
  • breach of the Terms and Conditions,
  • illegal activity.

§8. Ordering

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day.

To complete a purchase, the Customer must:

  1. Select Products,
  2. enter your contact and delivery details,
  3. select a payment method,
  4. accept the Terms and Conditions,
  5. confirm your purchase.

Once the order has been placed, the Customer will receive an order confirmation by email.

The seller reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of:

  • incorrect price,
  • technical faults,
  • suspicion of fraud,
  • Out of stock.

§9. Prices and payment

All prices are quoted in NOK and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payment methods:

  • Vipps,
  • debit card,
  • bank transfer.

Payments are processed via Vipps MobilePay AS or another payment provider chosen by the Seller.

The customer agrees to receive electronic invoices and receipts.


§10. Subscription

By purchasing a subscription, the Customer agrees to recurring payments.

Subscriptions are automatically renewed until cancelled.

The customer can:

  • Pause subscription,
  • change the delivery frequency,
  • cancel subscription,
  • change your payment method.

Changes must be made no later than 48 hours before the next billing cycle.

If payment is not received, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled.


§11. Delivery

The seller delivers only within Norway.

Delivery is via:

  • PostNord Norway,
  • or another carrier of your choice.

Delivery times are normally stated in the online shop and may vary.

The risk in the Product passes to the Customer upon delivery.

The customer should check the parcel upon receipt.

In the event of damage during transport, the Customer must contact the Seller as soon as possible at:

§12. Complaints

The customer is entitled to make a complaint about products in accordance with Norwegian law.

The customer should describe:

  • the problem,
  • order number,
  • contact details,
  • images, if relevant.

The seller will deal with complaints within a reasonable time.


§13. Right of withdrawal

The consumer has a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act.

The cancellation period begins on the day the product is received.

The right of withdrawal does not apply:

  • sealed products opened after delivery for hygiene reasons,
  • products with a short shelf life,
  • items ordered to order.

If the Customer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must contact the Seller via:

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.


§14. Intellectual property rights

All content on the Website, including:

  • text,
  • pictures,
  • logos,
  • design,
  • product descriptions,

belongs to Nordic Vida AS or its partners.

Copying or use without permission is prohibited.


§15. Personal data and cookies

The processing of personal data and the use of cookies are governed by:

  • Privacy Policy,
  • Cookie Policy.

These are available at www.nordicvida.no.


§16. Disputes and applicable law

Every effort shall be made to resolve disputes amicably.

Consumers can contact:

  • The Consumer Authority,
  • The Consumer Complaints Board.

All agreements are governed by Norwegian law, including:

  • The Right of Withdrawal Act,
  • the Consumer Sales Act,
  • the Marketing Act,
  • the Personal Data Act,
  • The GDPR as it applies in Norway.

§17. Final provisions

The Seller may update these Terms by:

  • legislative amendments,
  • technical changes,
  • changes to services or payment solutions.

Updated Terms and Conditions will be published on the Website.

These Terms and Conditions come into effect on 1 September 2025.
