EPA and DHA contribute to the normal functioning of the heart with a daily intake of at least 250 mg of EPA and DHA. This product can be combined with Aarja Health Omega-3 Krill. Golden Omega3 provides a high concentration of EPA and DHA from fish oil, whilst krill oil contains omega-3 fatty acids bound to phospholipids.
