Aarja Health BIOTIC BOOST is a probiotic dietary supplement containing live bacterial cultures, Saccharomyces boulardii and FOS (fructooligosaccharides). BIOTIC BOOST contains a broad composition of bacterial cultures from, among others, Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, Bacillus and Streptococcus, as well as Saccharomyces boulardii. The formula also contains FOS, a type of fructooligosaccharide.

The research literature describes how different bacterial strains can have different properties, and that the composition of the gut microbiota varies from person to person. The effect of dietary supplements may therefore be experienced differently between individuals.

Use

Recommended daily dose: 2 capsules per day.

Directions for use: Take 2 capsules daily 10 minutes before breakfast, or take 1 capsule before breakfast and 1 capsule late in the evening.
